I'm Winston — a photographer and food critic splitting time between Hawaii and Colombia. Winston Was Here is where I document the restaurants I actually go to: the menu, the room, the dishes, the cocktails, my honest review, and the photos I take while I'm there.

I don't aggregate Google reviews. I don't pad with stock images. Every photo is mine, every review is mine, every visit is real. If I haven't been, it isn't on the site.
