Los Galenos — homage-themed restaurant on the 8th floor of a building near Calle 93, conceived around physicians. Chef Andrés Robayo and Maître Misael Solano (Chaîne des Rôtisseurs). Mediterranean and Peruvian influences; cellar with ~290 wine labels. Includes flexible event spaces and a medical-simulation center.
