Sonoma is Pereira's bet on the food-hall concept and it lands. Eleven independent kitchens under one roof: Dulce Marrano for dessert, EKIMESHI for Japanese, Italian P&P for pasta, Nórdico for Scandinavian, Bahn Baos for Asian buns, Chingada for Mexican, Migrato for brunch, Mashewi, Ecobowls (healthy), Cosku-FY, Potosí (Bolivian).
