The rodizio classic of the Eje Cafetero — and the most-awarded large restaurant in Pereira. Bring an appetite. Save the wagyu for date night.

Jorge Mario Vélez and Bibiana Mejía opened O'Brasileiro Rodizio after years working at Brazilian steakhouses in Spain. The full flagship is 1,200 square meters across two floors at Mall San Pablo on the Pereira-Armenia route, with parking for hundreds, live music nightly, and one of Colombia's most-recognized rodizio programs (Premios la Barra recipient for regional and national service). The meat service runs tableside until you turn the cube to red — cadera en pimienta and punta de anca are the standout cuts, lomo de cerdo for those wanting pork. The salad bar is enormous and the dessert program competitive. Reserve for Saturday dinner.
