La Bruja — chef José Bautista's continental kitchen in a 1917 neogothic building in La Candelaria (former monastery; later Colombian intelligence HQ in the 1940s-50s). Eclectic colonial decor with antique-object tables. Cocktail program and signature beef, milanesa, pasta and salmon dishes.
